So that we can make your visit to Urban Calm as comfortable as possible, we ask that you read our etiquette guidelines before your appointment.

Please... 

Arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to enable you to complete a consultation form. If you arrive later than 15 minutes after your appointment time, we will do everything we can to accommodate you but please note that all treatments will be charged at full price.

If you are running late for your appointment, please call us on 0151 236 0537 (LIVERPOOL) or 0151 526 4080 (AINTREE) and let us know.

All mobile phones are to be switched off in all treatment areas so we can help yourself and our other clients fully relax.

Note that for your comfort we have a no smoking policy throughout the spa.

Disposable underwear will be provided for waxing and body treatments. Please understand, some treatments request you to remove clothes/jewellery, Urban Calm cannot be responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Please do not wax for at least 12 hours before a tanning appointment, full aftercare can be requested from our specialists.

Patch tests are required for certain treatments, our specialists will let you know prior to your appointment should this be the case. If you have not had a patch test for your eyelash or eyebrow tint you will be required to sign a consent form.

A £10 booking fee is required for all treatments over half an hour to secure your appointment.

Please provide 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% charge for the total treatment cost will be made.

Please let us know if you have had any Botox within a week of booking a facial as this will affect your treatment

Please note that a credit card confirmation will be required at time of booking.
